Making an Impact’ Diagnostic
This provides, for any individual or group, an insight into their overall impact index as well as an index for each of the four key influencing and expressive styles. It provides a clear indication as to the focus for any development path.

Your Profile’
This is the basic Impact Intelligence diagnostic, indicating an individual’s preferred ‘impact style’ – one of 16 possible types – as well as their preferred influencing and expressive styles. It provides the essential information for individual and team development of the influencing styles repertoire, as well as use in the Job Profiler recruitment process.

Job Profiler’
The Job Profiler is used to indicate the core impact type and influencing and expressive styles required in any particular job role. Candidates own profiles are then compared to the Job Profile in order to assess ‘fit’ and indicate competence and behavioural gaps.

‘Interpersonal Diagnostic’
The Interpersonal Diagnostic is used to indicate how an individual or job candidate can improve their ability to carry out a specific role, or relate to a specific person, by changing their behaviours. It is therefore extremely useful as an personal development tool, as well as a tool in the company’s assessment armoury

360° Competence and Emotional Intelligence Diagnostics
The 360° Competence Diagnostic covers all the key competences of leadership and management. The report displays overall scores, and breakdowns by influencing style and impact types, as well as by rater groups.
The 360° Emotional Intelligence Diagnostic covers the five key behavioural areas defined by Daniel Goleman, and produces scores overall and by rater group.
